One of the most potent portals to expansion for me, has been learning to honour my heart & my desires after separation. Thank goodness I learned that I didn't have to live in resistance, fear, stuckness & disempowerment. The path I have been on for the past few years, of sensing & following my intuition, my wholeness & learning to hold space for whatever I'm experiencing, has been exponentially liberating, such a huge relief & made me want to shout from the rooftops to anyone who is scared to face that change is needed, "there's another way! & life has your back! Meet Your Guide
Nicola Luna Rose is a passionate Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Spiritual Guide & advocate for living an embodied life, feeling in flow with the magic of it all & deeply held.
Over the past five years, she has devoted her life to her own healing & developed her work in these realms since 2021, facilitating women's circles, holding multiple online & in-person group intentional offerings, 1-1 dance & inner journeying journeys, & community workshops based in dance, forming connection & the power of deep relaxation. She also works in alternative education & facilitating arts with young people, & in SEN.
Her wish is that she can soothe as many people as she can reach, with the wisdoms & ways of being that she has integrated through following her heart, to integrate the lessons of the past & reveal more of themselves, with openness & reverence to all that it means to be human. She desires to create community, continue learning together, share deep & meaningful connection & to empower women to trust their innate knowing, love every part of themselves, honour their body wisdom & feel confident & resourced.
Her devotion is to facilitating people to sense their inner truth & to equip them to develop individual devotional practice, feel grounded, nourished & resourced, ready to live out the lives they came here to live.
